Wanted to share a video of these little ones. Very cool little cichlid here. I had them with my WC Brevis but have since separated them and they are all doing well!

Not sure how I missed this vid. Sweet pair Drew. Nice straight barring. I love Multi's heaps. How many offspring to they have in there now? So much fun watching the mutli-generational rearing happen. Thx for sharing

I love Multis as well, used to keep and breed them a few years ago. In fact your video inspired me to get another colony for my Malawi tank and I saw a guy advertising a colony of 10 for sale, so I now have a group again. They've now divided up into their mini 'hareems' and defending their areas from even 4-5 inch Aceis lol. I'll post a vid at some point.

Thanks. I enjoy them they are a cool little fish. I'm not real sure how many they lay in the shells. They are typically to far in for me to see. But the first batch 3-4 survived and now there are a few more smaller ones again.

Oh wow, good to hear. This is the reason that I like posting videos of my stuff and what I get and their updates. To inspire people into keeping fish! Glad it's working.

So cool Jump...thanks for sharing mate...looks like the pair in the front right of the tank are defending the shell pile...possibly fry in their already? How long have you have them?

Cheers Danny, had them about 3 weeks now and a couple of the pairs are defending shells, so expecting signs of young fairly soon!
