I did it! Made the move to the 125 gal for my Ndoles

Hi everyone! Hope everything is going great with you all (especially Ethan who is struggling 
) I actually made the move for my little ones Friday before last March 3rd but just making the time to post. I took the wonderful advice given & I have to say it went just great... my living room looked like a war zone LOL but that I wasn't worried about.
First, I took all the rock work out of the 125 (along with my lone calvus & taiwan reef, which i placed in separate compartments in the 55gal sump below). I drained about a quarter of the tank & cleaned it really well, glass, circulation pumps, substrate, etc... then continued to drain it to maybe 1in water left. At this point I used a dust pan LOL to scoop out most of the substrate in the 125 (it needed it!!) and cleaned 2 bags PFS, added those, cleaned 1 large bag fine grain Caribsea Aragonite, added that than mixed it all around & sprinkled a half bag of crushed sea shells on tops (lightly).
Next, I took the 5in sponge filter from the 75gal troph tank & rinsed it lightly in a bucket of tank water then placed it in the middle section of my sump & started her up. Btw, in my sump I have two 150w heaters in different sections for redundancy & a 300w in the main display tank.
Now the hard stuff! I began taking the rocks from the 75gal out & transferring to the 125, no order or design. You'll see in the video the darker ones from the 75 and the brighter (newer ones) I had to add for the 125. Let me tell you, that was no easy task, 2 of those buggers weigh like 30lbs ea!! Once I got them all in there, I began the siphon transfer of water from the 75 to the 125, easy enough as they're only about 15 feet away from each other. When the 125 had about 30% water in it I stopped & then arranged my rock work the way I liked it most then continued on with the water transfer.
During the whole process, my babies were doing really well until I took their rocks! They they just hid under the filter intakes & the heaters. When the water in the 75 was about 1-2inches (by now the filters were off) I started netting them. I had turned off the light to make it a bit less stressful too. I was beyond pleased about how well that part went! Just stepped right over & gently released them into the new tank which was about 70% full of their own tank water. With each release they just started exploring, no hiding or panic. After everyone was transferred, I just went ahead & filled her up just like a regular pwc & everything has been wonderful since!!
