My wild group is doing well and producing regularly at this point.

I have 30+ fry ready to go and 31 more growing out... All fry are eating Dainichi Veggie FX and Veggie Deluxe.

$15 each with a minimum order of 10.

Shipping through Delta Air Cargo from DTW (I'm in livonia, MI) with all free packing materials of double walled box, 3/4" styro liner, double bagged and banded, Pure O2 and heat packs when needed. I can Ship through USPS for extreme distance from airport cases. We can work it out. Air Cargo is safest way to ship IMO.

I am going to be looking to stock a 75gal with Rainbows. I am on disability so have to do things on fairly tight budget. Will be looking for ship date very close to 15th September. Have kept tropheus for number of years, looking to stock tank right up to capacity. Can you tell me how many you would put in 75 with good filtration. Want to be certain have funds to do this in one shipment.No problem on this end waiting on grow out group,will gladly put deposit on them so I can know that will not miss out. Possibly offer idea on what to expect shipping cost to Denver. We have never spoken personally, but I have read many of your posts over the years, would like to get your fish. Thanks for any advice you can offer.

Hello Howard! Nice to meet and thanks for supporting the forum with your membership!

I wouldn't put anymore than 30 Adults in a 75 gallon personally. Yes you can put more in, but the more you put in the greater the chances of mishap via water quality issues in the future... BUT, if you wanted to end with a good breeding group of 30, you might want to purchase more than 30 fry so as to thin the group out as they come into breeding age by removing males. The good thing about this group is that I have them in a larger tank so a few males are all spawning at once. What this does is allow more than one pair of Tropheus producing fry. So to sum it up, you will be getting a Genetically Diverse group of fry so that you don't end up with all siblings from one male that spawns with a couple of females.
