Multiple dominant males and the hierarchy

I have a question. In my aquarium thier is 3 dominant males 1 resides in the left side of the aquariun. 1 resides in the middle, and 1 resides on the right. The 3 males have the females evenly divided, so each male has his corresponding females. No problems, no bickering. All is well. Thier isnt 1 king of the entire tank so My question is: will one of the males eventually invade the other males territory and try to over take him? All fish are similar in size, still growing, and thier is plenty of females for everyone. So is it possible to have a few dominant males or will one eventually controll the hole tank??? I read an article saying that tropheus in the wild are usually territorial within 6 feet around their dens. My tank is 7 feet. And i have 2 females holding. Thanks

Must admit my females go between males when spawning - I've seen one of my Ikola females spawn with each of my three dominant males in turn. My tank has three defined areas with three rocks and each male guards their "rock" and the algae growing there. If they're coexisting without issue just leave them to it , especially if it's a decent sized group.

Yes i have noticed that as well. My females will go from 1 male to another to spawn but they wont hang out for long. They will allways go back to thier corresponding area where the male controls.. Thank you
